PAYMENTS
International orders made at the Ektro Records webstore can be paid through Paypal or with a bank transfer. The bank transfer option is currently only available to customers from within the EU.
You do not need a PayPal account to be able to pay using the PayPal service. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
When you place your order, an email confirmation is sent to the address you specified when you created your user account. This email contains all necessary information you need to pay using the EU bank transfer, if it was your chosen method of payment.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email within a short time after placing your order, please contact Ektro Records. You can check the orders you have made in your account information.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs for CDs, 7"s and shirts sent outside Finland is 1 euro / order. If your order contains only these items, it will be automatically shipped via priority mail.
The shipping costs for 10" and 12" records and other large items go as follows:

Your orders will normally be shipped in a few days after you've paid
for your order. Please note that shipping may occasionally be delayed
depending on Circle's tours, for example.

MAKSAMINEN
Suomessa asuvat asiakkaat voivat tällä hetkellä tehdä tilauksia Ektro Recordsin levykaupassa ainoastaan pankkisiirrolla. Ulkomaisilla asiakkailla on myös mahdollisuus PayPal-maksuihin.
Lähetettyäsi tilauksesi checkout-sivun kautta, saat sähköpostiosoitteeseesi vahvistusviestin, joka sisältää Ektro Recordsin tilinumeron. Tilauksesi toimitetaan sitten, kun maksusuorituksesi näkyy tilillämme.
Jos et pian tilauksesi jälkeen ole saanut Ektrolta vahvistusviestiä tilauksestasi, ota yhteyttä. Tilauksesi tilan voit tarkistaa My account -sivuilta.
TOIMITUKSET
CD- ja 7"-levyjen sekä paitojen hinnat sisältävät toimituskulut Suomessa. 10- ja 12-tuumaisten levyjen toimituskulut lasketaan ylläolevan taulukon mukaan.
Paketit lähtevät postiin normaalisti muutaman arkipäivän kuluessa tilauksesta. Viivästyksiä saattaa kuitenkin tapahtua, esimerkiksi Circle -yhtyeen kiertueiden vuoksi.
