Christian BOULE issued “Photo-Musik”, his first solo album, in 1978. With the company of numerous guests such as Cyrille VERDEAUX, Jean-Pierre THIRAULT and other famous musicians of these days, the former guitarist of Steve HILLAGE performs a twirling music with space moments, in the style of Steve HILLAGE’s first works, and he manages to show his own personality in those tracks. Here, he lets his talent show through his guitar style within those mainly instrumental compositions. This re-issue includes two excellent bonus tracks recorded in 1998 with Tim BLAKE in a style characteristic of this artist. “Non-Fiction” was issued the following year and kept on showing this now mature style. Numerous famous guests are again invited to play there. Let’s just say that the fans of space-rock and glissando guitar will be on cloud nine ! Two additional tracks also complete this awaited reissue.
