Aquilla are a promising young Polish metal band that was formed in Warsaw in 2015. Their heavy speed space metal is inspired by films such as “2001: A Space Odyssey,” “Dune,” “Alien,” “Blade Runner,” and “Interstellar.” After several singles and EPs, their long-awaited debut album “Mankind’s Odyssey” was released in 2022. This is now followed by “Sentinels Of New Dawn,” their second album, which raises the bar even higher in terms of quality.
