Both Pori and Tapiola Big Bands are still very active and have a long history behind them. These on-air live performances in the legendary Jazz Liisa series date back to 1975 and 1976 and include many household names in Finnish jazz in their ranks, such as Paroni Paakkunainen and Seppo Tyni.
