PAYMENTS
International orders can be paid securely through PayPal. You do not need to be a registered PayPal user to pay for your order using the service, all major credit cards are accepted. Listed prices include 24% sales tax.
When you place your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the address you specify in the order form. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within a short time after placing your order, please contact us (after checking the spam folder of your email client). You will receive another automatic mail when your order is shipped.
SHIPPING
The total shipping costs for your order will be calculated when you fill in your address in the order form on the shopping cart page.
Your orders will be shipped in a few days after you’ve paid for your order. Ektro uses DHL’s Global Mail service for international shipping.
Important: when combining pre-order and in-stock products, the package will not be sent until the release date of the included pre-order product!
Please note that there may occasionally be some delays in shipping (Circle’s tours may cause such delays, for example). We will try to notify customers about these delays in advance.

MAKSAMINEN
Kotimaan asiakkaat voivat maksaa tilauksensa turvallisesti korteilla tai kotimaisten pankkien verkkomaksuilla valitsemalla tilauksen varmistamisen yhteydessä maksutavaksi Checkoutin.
Saat tilauksestasi automaattisen varmistusviestin sähköpostiisi. Jos viesti ei pian tilauksen vahvistamisen jälkeen saavu, tarkista sähköpostisi roskapostikansio ja ota tarvittaessa yhteys meihin. Saat toisen automaattisen sähköpostiviestin, kun tilauksesi lähetetään.
TOIMITUKSET
Näet tilauksesi tarkat toimituskulut ostoskorisivulla täytettyäsi osoitteesi tilauslomakkeeseen.
Paketit postitetaan normaalisti muutaman arkipäivän kuluessa tilauksesta. Viivästyksiä saattaa kuitenkin tapahtua esimerkiksi Circle-yhtyeen kiertueiden vuoksi. Viivästyksistä pyritään ilmoittamaan kaupassa etukäteen.
Tärkeää: Jos tilauksesi sisältää ennakkotilaustuotteita (pre-order), paketti lähetetään vasta sitten, kun kaikki tuotteet ovat ilmestyneet ja saatavilla.
