Another in 540’s great series of reissues of classic and obscure early Australian punk 45s, this time from Brisbane’s Just Urbain. A little less “rock” than a lot of classic Aussie punk, Just Urbain have an absolutely brutal guitar sound that’s almost industrial in its drive… it sounds more like a circular saw than a musical instrument, and when you combine that with the primitive bashing of the vocals and rhythm section you get some pretty darn exemplary KBD punk. Killer!
